Structure of the Studies
North American Studies is offered as a Mono-Bachelor or as a 30 CP minor ("Nebenfach") in combination with a different major ("Hauptfach") for students enrolled in a “Kombibachelor.”

North American Studies as a Mono-Bachelor
The Monobachelor consists of 150 CP and 30 CP in General Professional Skills (ABV). Typically, students study abroad during their 5th and/or 6th semester. This is a compulsory part of the program.
